Clemenger Group Limited is a group of companies involved in advertising and marketing communications throughout Australia and New Zealand. We operate across the marketing services spectrum, with specialist companies offering clients best-of-category expertise in various disciplines.

We are currently looking for a Payroll Manager to join us over September and October to cover short term leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing a monthly payroll
End to end payroll processing for approximately 500 employees across 7 companies
Maintaining staff details in the payroll system to ensure correct payment of salary and entitlements
Load new staff details
Perform all necessary payroll checks
Prepare monthly payroll reports
Process STP's
Process monthly superannuation payments through clearing house
Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of the data held with internal systems.
Clear and concise communication to staff regarding changes or updates affecting pay.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Facilitating and processing employee changes as they occur across the business.
Calculating manual payments of redundancies, backpays and adjustments.
Payroll tax calculation and submissions.
Deal with employee queries.

Experience in Micropay or Rockfast systems an advantage, otherwise ability to quickly pick up new payroll systems is required.
