Due to our human resource succession planning, we are excited to announce a vacancy for a Service Technician to join our professional team at Dudley Park.

Based at our Dudley Park site, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and servicing ultrasonic cleaning/irrigators and washer units used in hospitals, dental clinics, and laboratories
Direct client interaction, scheduling and conducting annual servicing and validation, troubleshooting, testing, and in-house/on-site servicing
Providing equipment training and demonstrations for clients directly and during market expos
Collaborating with our in-house team to ensure spare parts and equipment availability
Occasional local and interstate travel for service visits (regular but infrequent interstate trips)
Maintaining accurate service records and specific client documentation, and liaising with clients for sales/repair quote
Representing Soniclean in the market, fostering and maintaining strong, respectful partnerships based on transparency and patient well-being

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:

A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and advancing the medical industry for the benefit of patients/end-users
Technical qualifications in electronics/electrical field or similar, supported by significant experience as a Service Technician, ideally in a medical/white goods field
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to efficiently repair and service electronically intricate equipment
Superior presentation, communication, and customer service skills
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
