    Salary: $75,000 $85,000 + Super

  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our cash redemption terminals and gaming devices across various locations in Sydney.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment
  • Performs advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide analysis on equipment.
  • Serve as a contact for the customer on technical and servicerelated issues.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures
  • Determines daily objectives for site specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as directed
  • Performs site surveys on all new orders.
  • Maintains inventory and accounting of all parts used at customer locations.
  • Actively supports other Field Service Technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining electronic devices, preferably cash handling machines or ATMs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites within Sydney (metro and regional potential).
