We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our client's team, the first project you will be a part of is a large power and lighting project situated at Brisbane Airport.

On offer is a permanent full time opportunity with ongoing development and training opportunities for the right person.

About the Position

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team and managing the day to day running of the job.

This role requires you to have strong leadership skills, ability to manage trades and sub-contractors and have strong technical proficiency in electrical systems.

Building strong client relationships and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job requirements

  • Ideally 5+ Years experience in a Supervisor position
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate your team effectively
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong electrical experience in commercial or industrial projects
  • Substation and HV experience is favourable
  • Able to read drawings and electrical schematics
  • Sound procurement and logistics capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
