Based in our Melbourne office and reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to support a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks to ensure we have a smooth-running office and that our brokers and broker support teams maintain an efficient and productive office environment.

This is a very hand on role with a good level of responsibility.

Tasks include, but not limited to; supporting the Branch Operations Manager in ensuring we deliver on our operational goals such as debtor and credit management, client and insurer service levels and staff training requirements as well as championing OH&S and business interruption protocols, coordinating with vendors, employees and management on various projects/events, making travel arrangements and when required supporting our front of house and telephony team.


Additionally, this role will be the induction coordinator, working with branch leaders to ensure we offer an exemplary first impression to new colleagues as well as also being our first point of contact for facility and equipment issues to ensure quick and satisfactory remediation.


This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:

  • Strong computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems
  • Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment
  • Outstanding customer service and communication
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and work across different teams
  • Previous experience in an operations role
