We are currently looking for experienced
_Behavior Support Practitioner _to join our team in Frankston/Mornington Peninsula as a
_Team Leader_.

As a _registered_ experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner
Team Leader some of your responsibilities will include:_
Supporting our PBS Clinical Lead and leadership team to ensure a high standards of work is delivered in accordance to legislative requirements
Ability to mentor and work collaboratively with members of a multidisciplinary team
Assisting participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify needs through a personcentered approach in a community based setting
Develop and deliver behavior support services in accordance with the NDIS safeguards framework, particularly regarding restrictive practices
Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life

Qualifications:

Essential Criteria_**- A minimum of 2 years' in development and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support

Relevant qualification in allied health or social care and eligibility to register with the relevant membership body
Registration with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission as a Proficient or Advanced or Specialist level Behaviour Support Practitioner
Experience delivering services under the NDIS
A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions
A drivers' licence and full access to a vehicle
A national police clearance and working with children check (or the ability to obtain one)

Desirable Criteria_**- Registration with relevant professional body Experience in providing training wand supervision to a team
