In the role of Principal Advisor (Transformation), you will plan, coordinate, and manage the concept planning, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives that relate to Customer Services Branch's People Strategy and ensure completion in accordance with required timeframes, cost, quality, and service standards.

These initiatives may include, but are not limited to, future workforce challenges, innovation opportunities, demand and supply drivers, talent interventions, employee experience, and well-being.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of People Strategy initiatives, managing resources, SCRUM teams, and stakeholder expectations. Additionally, develop and execute change management strategies and action plans to effectively handle initiative and business impacts.
  • Responsible for overseeing the successful execution of initiatives, including research, issue resolution, and stakeholder guidance using best practices. Provides coaching support to ensure businessaligned solutions and alignment with government and business unit priorities.
  • Identify and leverage resources beyond SCRUM, collaborating across various TMR sectors to achieve our initiatives and business objectives.
  • Actively engage in the Strategic HR environment, fostering a positive culture, addressing challenges, managing risks, demonstrating personal courage, and driving action.

What you will need to have:

  • Experience in collaborating and engaging business areas to embrace change.
  • Qualifications in business management, project management, human resources or similar discipline would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in delivering strategic business or transformation projects would be highly desirable.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and internal/external clients.
