Our Federal Government Client is looking for an
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Functional Contractor to work with the HSE Digital System Project manager continue to deliver on an improve the Donesafe implementation.

Duties and Key Result Areas

  • Work with the HSE Digital System Project manager continue to deliver on an improve the Donesafe implementation. etc.)

  • Support the HSE team with HSE reporting and analytics including Donesafe dashboards, SAC dashboards and query tools
  • Facilitate internal demonstrations and Q&A sessions with selected Client representatives from the business units, ESS and other support functions, including the HSE function
  • Evaluate proposals and recommend solution
  • Work with the Project manager, IM&T, HSE business lead and successful vendor to produce configuration, data conversion and implementation plan
  • Work with the Project manager, IM&T, HSE business lead and the successful vendor to produce operational and support service level agreement
  • Identify and specify/develop required reports
  • Develop test plan and scripts
  • Work with the Client's personnel to develop and deliver training and communications material
  • Work with the Project manager, IM&T, HSE business lead and to execute data conversion, testing and golive
  • Provide intensive post golive support
  • Conduct postimplementation review and manage agreed improvement actions.
