An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an administration and accounts support officer to join a trusted locally owned automotive supplier company.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all product sale throughout the entire process
- Attending and managing external appointments
- Stock Management
- Manage the exchange to settlement period
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers, internal stakeholders, and thirdparty suppliers.
- Update client database
- Organise registration of vehicles
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with Data entry and basic accounting/bookkeeping.
To be considered for this role ideally you will have had customer service and strong administration experience, have experience with accounts functions, knowledge of truck parts and have fantastic communication skills.
