About the Role:


Reporting to the Director, City Futures, the Executive Manager, City Revitalisation and Renewal will lead a team of experts in end-to-end urban renewal and development projects during a time of unprecedented investment across the LGA.

As a leader, you will be inspiring and energetic with clear values.

Your outstanding leadership skills will enable you to work across council and the Directorate to embed the City Revitalisation and Renewal team and contribute to the development of the framework for the future of Campbelltown.


This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the community of Campbelltown and the experience of its residents and visitors.

To be Successful in Your Application You Will Demonstrate:

  • An outstanding track record in senior leadership within a relevant government or commercial business.
  • Qualifications in Property, Planning, Design or another relevant discipline combined with deep knowledge and experience in all stages of property development and renewal projects.
  • A demonstrated track record in developing and driving strategy including communicating and implementing transformational change.
