Firebox Australia is a leading supplier of Fire Protection Equipment.

Our Rydalmere, Sydney Branch is looking for someone with a can-do attitude Experience within a warehouse team and someone who is a quick learner and is looking for long term employment.


About the Role:
We are looking for an all-rounder.

You will need to be hands-on and willing to help no matter what needs doing, including delivering orders, picking and dispatching orders daily.


You will need to have a good driving record and be willing to drive our Automatic Renault Master and able to unload items.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Deliveries driving automatic Renault Master up to 5 days a week
  • Assist Counter sales
  • Ability to lift between 10kg15kg
  • Unload containers
  • Stock control including unloading deliveries, restocking shelves and picking + packing orders
  • Other adhoc duties around the branch as required
  • Computer literate able to receive goods, and use shipping programs
  • Be in excellent health
  • A team player who relates well to people
  • Wellspoken and well presented
  • Stock management experience
  • High standards of accuracy
  • Ability to build, test and assemble products and implement testing for products, and assess the result.
  • Naturally inquisitive
  • Team player, with good interpersonal skills

You will have:
Experience working in a warehousing, retail or customer service environment

  • Current drivers licence (essential)
  • Forklift licence (Not necessary but will be required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The desire and drive for a longterm career
  • The ability to work both autonomously and within a tightknit team
  • A willingness to pitch in across all areas of the business
  • Full Australian working rights

Salary:
$53, $58,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (preferred)
