About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced
Customer Service Officer to join our busy Campbellfield team.

Working as part of a small, experienced team, you will provide an exceptional level of service to both potential and existing customers.

This is a fast-paced and varied role which will see you answering customer enquiries over the phone and in person, providing quotes and processing orders.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager this position will have responsibility for the following:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Handling product sales and enquiries
  • Preparation of customer quotations
  • Processing orders and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting a team of external Sales Representatives
  • Following up on orders and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times
  • Trade Counter sales

About You


We are looking for someone who can draw on their previous retail or customer service experience in order to deliver a professional customer experience in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment.

A confident communicator with good organisation and prioritisation skills, you will be comfortable dealing with a range of customers to answer their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
