Duties:


As a
Talent Acquisiton Sourcing Specialist, you will be supporting one of our clients in the Luxury/High-end retail industry; a well-known global leader where you will be working directly with their in-house Talent Acquisition team.

You will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions and your clients' brand at every interaction.

You will

  • Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence with the client to influence hiring decisions.
  • Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs/SLAs are met.
  • Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
  • Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.

Qualifications:


Criteria:


  • 12+ years of relevant experience in a sourcing/recruiting role, within inhouse, RPO &/or agency
  • Role types: Technical, engineering, customer experience, functional roles, niche etc. (wide array to keep it interesting), where your ability to recruit against multiple functions and industries will be evident in your profile.
  • Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social recruiting, and internet searches.
  • Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
