About the Company


Our client is a multi-faceted care-services organisation, who strive to better the lives of some of our most community members.


A high workload has dictated the need for 4 Customer Service Officers to assist their busy team over a 10 week project starting immediately.


About the Role
Your responsibilities will include

  • Phone potential clients to gather information to complete documentation
  • Entering data into spreadsheets and systems
  • Working with online tools to generate optimised routes
  • Rostering staff and/or rostering contractors to locations
  • Ability to build rapport quickly to ensure service excellence that leads to prompt resolutions of queries, problems or complaints.
  • Treating and taking ownership of each contact in a professional and consultative manner
