The Ops & Tech Corporate Services team are the engine of the Bank.

This team is made up of the Operations Technology team, Human Resources Technology team, Risk Management Technology Team, Legal and Group Secretariat Technology team, Finance and Treasury Technology Team, Deputy CEO Technology team, and the Divestments Technology Team.

Do work that matters

As TISO you will ensure the right controls are natively built into all solutions and that risk controls are assessed on an agile basis across change and operate.

Specifically you will;

Participates throughout the lifecycle of a project so controls are assessed against risk in change and designed to meet outcomes
Work with the control owners to ensure nonfunctional control objectives are met through the design and build processes
Provide review/ validation of control patterns to meet the product outcomes

A successful TISO will:

Accelerate the safe delivery of our solutions with practical options that the teams can implement
Improve the operational effectiveness of our control environment
Provide continuous control assessment capability; and
Increase the capacity of service and delivery teams

Specifically you will;

Define nonfunctional security and resiliency control requirements as input into the design process to meet control objectives and product outcomes
Ensure controls solutions support and maintain a reliable environment
Actively partner with the Controls Office, Security Architecture, Cloud Risk and Security COE to ensure target residual risk position is meet
Ensure delivery of information security and business objectives to increase accountability in building security controls into design and development processes
Ensure clear lines of communication with domain TISO, Security Architecture, Shared Services and Controls Office
Interface with Business Information Security Officers (BISO)
Drive security awareness within delivery teams and platforms within their remit

About you

Experience in security operations, designing solutions, reviewing code and configuring platforms
Experience in building and assessing secure and resilient solutions in line with control objectives
Strong understanding of latest security technologies, principles, protocols, tools
Experience with Agile methods, working within an established Agile organisation would be ideal
Professional Certifications; CISSP (preferred), ITIL (preferred), CISM
