We have a rare opportunity for an experienced people and culture professional to join our team in the role of People & Performance Consultant.
This generalist role will provide strategic and operational advice and solutions to legal and business services groups on people issues including recruitment, performance, remuneration, career development, employee relations and well being.
While professional services experience would be an advantage, a pragmatic approach to people leadership, previous experience in supporting national talent attraction and recruitment programs combined with generalist HR experience will help you succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational advice and solutions to legal and business services groups on people issues including recruitment, performance, remuneration, career development, employee relations and well being.
Coaching partners and managers on effective people leadership.
Anticipate and lead change and business improvement initiatives.
Required skills and personal attributes
Empathy, curiosity, judgement and an ability to bring forward ideas that will assist the firm achieve its ambition.
Excellent problem solving skills and commercial acumen.
Knowledge of the workplace regulatory framework, including the Fair Work Act, Awards and Workplace Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
