Permanent Full Time position in
Colac:
- You will assist in supporting our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
- Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with some behaviours of concern
- Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
- You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive change
- Be part of a strong community and a supportive team

House Supervisor in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose - to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
- Salary benefits and conditions based on the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria , with membership to HACSU (Health and Community Services Union)
- Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax free in addition to your standard taxfree threshold for salary)

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
