About the role


The role requires a high attention to detail to ensure data quality and internal controls to ensure sensitive data is treated appropriately and reporting is maintained with appropriate rigour.


  • Supporting the development and adoption of reporting and analytics tools and methodologies to lead improved system utilisation and end user experience.


Pivotal to success will be building strong, respectful and collaborative relationships with the business to deliver improved data quality outcomes enabling efficient, insightful and reliable reporting.

Ultimately this will support the delivery of dashboards and analytical tools.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Steward the integrity of people data held in P&C systems (in particular Employee Central) to reduce the risk of errors and efficiency in processes and reporting
  • Administering Success Factors (SFS) Role Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Building the credibility of data integrity in P&C through the implementation of data auditing and remediation processes and participation in associated process improvement projects.
  • Development of a P&C reporting register and subsequent reporting enhancement project plan.
  • Developing, implementing, and socialising data analytics and intelligent dashboards that generate deeper insights on key people metrics.
  • Stewarding reporting governance and develop consistent corporate reporting processes.
  • Developing and maintaining skills and knowledge pertaining to key reporting and data requirements, including new and improved functionality.
  • Building collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements to data integrity and reporting.
  • Support the adoption of selfservice reporting functionality across the business with real time data.
  • Support the P&C systems governance framework, including through participation in impact assessment, testing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Providing input into project management and change activities to support effective and efficient upgrades, expansion and implementation.
  • Proactively work to understand data relationships and systems dependencies to drive an integrated systems approach and consider, impacts, risk and opportunities.
  • Supporting process improvement through the identification and capture of continuous improvements methodologies.

About you

You will be experienced in:

  • HCM systems preferably SuccessFactors or WorkDay
  • Working within a HR/People & Culture function including practical familiarity of HR processes.
  • Demonstrated reporting, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experienced in UAT and Systems Testing
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management and engagement

Desirable experience includes:

  • Cross Module SuccessFactors experience including EC, PMGM, ECP, Learning, Onboarding and Contingent Worker.
  • Experience with project and change management methodologies and impacts.
  • Familiarity in using reporting tools, such as Spinifex.
  • Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a Business, IT or related field and be able to demonstrate significant experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
