People2peopole are currently working with a independent and family-owned Transport leading express parcel and transport service provider in north-western suburb of Adelaide, in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.

We are currently looking for a temporary Compliance / Data entry officer for an immediate start. The working hours would be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00 pm until December 22nd 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort through a high volume of consignment notes (con notes) daily.
Identify and separate specific company Proof of Delivery (POD) documents for further analysis.
Verify and distribute consignment notes to ensure accuracy.
Perform imaging of all necessary consignment notes for documentation purposes.
Ensure accurate input of all relevant numbers into the system.
Photocopy consignment notes that include additional charges or surcharges noted by drivers.
Capture and record additional charges to facilitate proper billing and analysis.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Transport experience & knowledge of South Australia country areas is desired not is not a necessary
High attention to detail with strong time management & organisational skills
Immediately available
Computer literate and quick to pick up systems
