What's the job?
Primarily you will provide in-theatre clinical support for orthopaedic joint replacement surgeries.

You will be an expert in our products and will use this knowledge to assist the surgeon, and their team, to optimise the patient outcome in every surgery.

We are partnered with Corin, a world leading orthopaedic company with class leading medical technology.

Because of this you will also engage with the surgeon to plan many of their operations using dynamic simulation software to analyse the planned surgery.

This will involve detailed work up, and consultation with the surgeon to ensure no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of the best patient focused outcome in every case.

We take our role in each patient's care very seriously.


Qualifications & experience we are looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Health/Sciences is advantageous. E.g. Physiotherapy, Nursing, Biomedical science etc, or similar, is preferred, but not critical.
• Experience in a clinical setting is attractive, but it is not a required prerequisite for the role.
• Valid Australian driver's License.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A hunger and passion for learning and new challenges is imperative.
• A "cando" attitude and passion for team success. Enthusiasm and self motivation are critical.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different environments and tasks and to calmly manage pressure situations.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Your overall role is to help facilitate success as a part of our sales team in a multitude of ways, primarily with in-theatre support, but extending to case planning, logistics and other sales related tasks.

Clinical case support across our product range
Representing Wells Medical at educational events and conferences.
Contributing to team goals and outcomes.
Developing relationships with, and knowledge of, our customers.
Training clinical teams on the use of our products.
Subscribing to Wells Medical's growth plan values.
