This is a shiny, brand-new clinic fully equipped and up-to-date, with all the facilities needed to provide comprehensive, up-to-date and gold standards of care to our clients including 3 consult rooms, a separate dog and cat ward, surgery, radiology, X-ray, ultrasound and tonometry.

Greencross Vets Wetherill Park is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians.

We are looking for a
Full Time Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor.

Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus Preference for experience with RX, Kronos and Smartflow.

Your new role will see you;

Managing the daytoday operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
Nursing duties as required

About Your Skills & Experience;

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
Excellent animal handling skills
An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good business insight and organisational skills
