With exciting growth plans, Vitex is looking to engage a Procurement Officer to assist the Procurement function and ensure the successful delivery of business goals

We are seeking a talented, early career, individual to join our rapidly growing business and expanding team.

This role will challenge you to work in a fast paced and high energy environment, working with both National and International suppliers.

Full training will be provided by specialists in the Procurement industry and no prior experience is required


Your Responsibilities will include:


  • Negotiation of the best possible price for all materials
  • Liaising with sales and production to ensure timely procurement of all materials
  • Partner with the Quality team to ensure correct materials are sourced
  • Identify potential suppliers for new and existing materials with keen eye for pricing and quality
  • Conducting supplier reviews, successful negotiations and continuous improvement of the procurement department

Skills and Experience:


  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
