Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and RPT services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft.

From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Compliance Officer to provide shared administration support between our Engineering and Maintenance teams


You will be Responsible For:

  • Scheduling meetings with Agenda coordination
  • Data analytic functions of reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and Departmental Change Management processes
  • Updating of policies and procedures as required
  • Entering data and assisting in Risk Assessments and processes which support the Network Aviation Safety Management System
  • Assist in business unit Safety Reporting Management
  • General administrative duties as required

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in Aviation and/or Safety Management Procedures will be highly advantageous
