An opportunity has opened up for a
Store Manager that is ready to be an ambassador for this brand and lead their store to succeed.


The Role

  • Providing high standards of customer service
  • Deliver exceptional leadership abilities to motivate, coach and train your team
  • Achieving and exceed personal and team KPI targets
  • Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues
  • Drive policy and procedure within the team.
  • Create an atmosphere of Passion and Enthusiasm

About you

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Managed a team of 10+ staff
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI's
  • A motivational leadership style that creates a harmonious work environment
  • Proven ability in training and development, rostering/wages, stock loss management and Visual Merchandising
  • Proven record in driving performance through KPI's
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills
  • An understanding of all instore retail operations
  • Experience in Performance Management
  • Ability to prioritise to complete tasks and allocated time efficiently
