Our client is seeking an

Accounts Receivable Officer to come onboard and join an established team assisting with a number of general

AR duties.

Located in the

Dandenong South they are happy to consider either contract or permanent engagement.

You will be responsible for:

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:

Running reports on behalf stakeholders
Processing cash receipts
Bank account reconciliations.
Managing the Accounts Receivable ledgers.
Processing credit /gift voucher claims.
Reconciliation of selected accounts receivable.
Liaising with major customers and suppliers.

What we're looking for:

You are pragmatic and focused, with an eye for continuous improvement. Your initiative and enthusiasm is recognized as a strength.

You can also demonstrate:
-
D365 Business Central, NAV, AX, FinOps or other ERP experience

Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience.
A working knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in intermediateadvanced MS Office especially
Excel

Solid analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
