Job Description:

We are looking for our next Front Office superstars, to join our team. We are currently recruiting for Part Time Front Office All Rounder.

As our next Front Office All Rounder, you will:

  • Deliver excellent service, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure every day is different
  • Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the neighbourhood attractions and amenities
  • Work across all areas of front office operations: reception (including night audit), concierge, switchboard

Qualifications:


What we are looking for:

  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • A people person who is able to make genuine connections with their colleagues and guests
  • A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guest's feel welcome during their stay
  • Previous experience in high level customer service desirable but not essential
  • Can go out of your way to create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Have the availability and flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday including early mornings and late nights and Public Holidays
  • Hold a manual drivers license (preferred)
  • Know Brisbane and can recommend great things to see and do for our guests


To be successful in this role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work overnight shifts, including on weekends and public holidays as per our business demands.

You have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
