Our client runs an integrated people management solutions platform and HR advisory service helping SMEs manage HR, payroll, employee engagement and benefits.

The organisation currently supports over 1000 business across Australia and New Zealand.
Description

Ascertain sales opportunities pain points and alter responses and proposals accordingly.
Set up meetings and/or calls between (prospective) customers and BDM's.
Attend networking events.
Provide dedicated support to the sales team.
Tactfully pursue referrals from recently converted clients.
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results.
Profile

You have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets. You have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people. You are extremely organised and able to prioritise your workload to ensure efficiency while maintaining high standards.
