This is a permanent PT role offering up to 8-10hrs/week.

The Pet ICU

Inventory Coordinator Opportunity:


The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring stock integrity across Pet ICU disposbales, pharmacy oders, books, Bova etc.
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing quality control techniques and procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and inventory management
  • Ensuring and maintaining a high standard of accuracy when completing stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Liaising with the site management team and suppliers as required with respect to all inventory management activities.
  • Staff orders from various organisations and invoicing these products correctly
  • Demonstrates the AEA and Pet ICU Values

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Experience in similar role preferred
  • Tertiary education in business or relevant discipline will be regarded highly
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and highenergy
  • Keeps cool under pressure and knows how to prioritise
  • High level of empathy and able to relate to all walks of life (including people and patients)
  • Can be left to their own devices and get things done
  • Anticipates situations and is always thinking proactively
  • Experience in generating, planning and delivering continuous improvement initiatives
