This Customer Service role is perfect for someone with a passion for the DIY industry and has experience with inbound sales calls.

This role involves working predominately with a regular customers to support them with ongoing orders and enquires.

You will be known for your excellent service standards and communications skills Join a brand that loves people, support growth and has excellent communications.

Skills and Experience

Past experience in a sales role is preferred, but not necessary
Excellent Phone manner
The ability to provide an excellent customer experience
A true passion for home improvements, Manufacturing, and DIY
You are going to be a solutionsbased
Have a strong attention to detail
Excellent face to face communications
Strong phone manner and ability to give advice through phone calls
Excellent computers and invoicing skills
Articulate and excellent work ethic

What's in it for you?

Salary up to $70K +Super
Roster flexible from Monday
Friday with every second Saturday
NO SUNDAYS
