This Customer Service role is perfect for someone with a passion for the DIY industry and has experience with inbound sales calls.

This role involves working predominately with a regular customers to support them with ongoing orders and enquires.

You will be known for your excellent service standards and communications skills Join a brand that loves people, support growth and has excellent communications.


Skills and Experience

  • Past experience in a sales role is preferred, but not necessary
  • Excellent Phone manner
  • The ability to provide an excellent customer experience
  • A true passion for home improvements, Manufacturing, and DIY
  • You are going to be a solutionsbased
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent face to face communications
  • Strong phone manner and ability to give advice through phone calls
  • Excellent computers and invoicing skills
  • Articulate and excellent work ethic
