We employ approximately 3000 people that share our passion across Queensland and Northern NSW.


Based at our Browns Plains office and working as part of our state-wide team, you'll be providing integrated support coordination for new and existing clients, linking them with services and opportunities consistent with their life goals and needs in their NDIS plan.

Mainly office based, you will also be visiting clients and attending meetings.


Responsibilities include:


  • Delivering professional customer service to carefully understand the needs of a person so you can support them achieve their life goals and aspirations.
  • Identification of relevant budget allocations, obtaining quotes and working with clients, specialist and mainstream services to support plan implementation.
  • Support people to develop their skills in coordinating and monitoring their services.
  • Establishing community links and partnerships that facilitate client capacity to connect and participate in their community and enable peer support networks to develop.
  • Maintaining professional and ethical standards in achieving quality client outcomes.
  • C class driving license and use of own vehicle (claim Km expenses)
  • COVID19 full vaccination
  • Blue card and NDIS Clearance required to start

Skills & Experience:


  • Highly effective case management experience in the disability sector.
  • Experience in the design, development and implementation of innovative, flexible and appropriate services and activities for people with a disability.
  • Understanding of client eligibility criteria for different sources of funding and ability to translate this into a service plan that maximises utilisation of funding.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong administration and time management skills.
  • Ability to advise, consult and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/ or experience working with people with disabilities and person centred service delivery.
