Our client is a well-established Australian company, renowned for being a prominent provider of quality roof repair and replacement services to the strata and commercial building sectors.


They are looking to appoint a commercially astute, operationally orientated individual, capable of seeing the big picture, communicating and aligning the people and processes, and driving service quality and customer satisfaction to achieve the company's future growth plans.


The Role


This pivotal role will see you collaborating with the Managing Director to bring everything together - translating ideas into functional plans that align with the overall business plan and achieve P&L objectives for the current Sydney operation.


Your day will never be dull You will be busy identifying and creating efficiencies, planning and driving projects to ensure services are delivered on time, on budget and scope, holding the leadership team accountable, and providing leadership and support throughout the business, consistently focusing on high safety and quality control standards.


What We're Looking For

  • Operational Management experience within the roofing industry (knowledge of roof plumbing, roof tiling and metal roofing)
  • Experience running roofing repairs and maintenance projects for strata and commercial clients
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Impeccable organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to prioritise and anticipate
  • Ability to understand and translate project deadlines
  • Displays energy to achieve positive outcomes
  • Collaborative and handson leadership approach
  • Strong commercial acumen and resultsdriven
  • Proven track record of growing a business
