Digital Marketing Content Coordinator


About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a
Digital Content Coordinator to contribute to brand campaigns and digital initiatives and enhance user experience across platforms.

You'll manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and engagement, and collaborate with teams to meet organizational goals.


What your day will look like:

Website Improvement

  • Triage all business requests for Website and Digital Banking content changes, workflow management and approvals, conducting updates and identifying improvements to processes.
  • Develop engaging web page designs using Sitecore CMS platforms.
  • Build custom campaign landing pages and crosssell messaging for our campaigns as required.
  • PR/Comms support such as Digital Banking banners or alerts as required.

Content

  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a register of approvals and reviews
  • Work with internal and external business stakeholders to ensure content is briefed and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Write content for product pages, articles and help guides, guiding our digital tone of voice
  • Liaise with the Legal and Governance team to ensure all content is compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Support the rest of the Marketing Team to deliver Website UX enhancements, best practice CRO techniques, and content design across the website portfolio.

Knowledge and Experience Required:


  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to think strategically to align content marketing plans with strategic business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise, plan and structure workload
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Welldeveloped organisational, planning and time management skills

Desirable:


  • 4+ years' experience in a communications or marketing role
  • Knowledge of current trends in SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of search engine optimisation best practices
  • Knowledge of web page design best practices
  • Knowledge of digital reporting methodologies and tools
  • Experience using CMS platforms to schedule, publish and maintain website content.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Sitecore certification
