Our client, an international tour operator, is seeking an experienced people manager to manage and train a team of local tour guides.


Job Description:


  • Manage a team of local tour guides and be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training and the continued development of the team
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for new and existing guides
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback

Requirements:


  • Strong travel industry background
  • Proven experience in leading, training and mentoring dynamic teams
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to travel on the road with tour guides

Package:

  • Full time permanent position
  • Up to $90k per annum + super
  • Local and international travel opportunities
