About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and experienced

Internal Sales to join our team. This role will be based in our

Hallam Branch.

Duties & Responsibilities

Embody the 'Yes We Can' ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
Adapt, promote and encourage a Safety First approach.
Grow the sales of liquid nitrogen inline with respective budgets.
Manage existing/new customer incoming enquiries and take appropriate action.
Develop and grow relationships with all customers liquid nitrogen related including specialists and referring physicians to increase domestic patient referrals.
Daily cold calling potential new customers and proactive lead generation for liquid nitrogen.
Develop and maintain relationships with company BDMs to leverage their local expertise.

Skills & Experience

Implement leads from sales department into Supagas prospect system every day.
Attending to enquiries and organising new accounts where required.
Be proactive in recognising new business opportunities and actioning them accordingly.
Deal with customer product queries whilst being proactive and responsive to the needs of our existing customer base.
Liaise with the LNS Manager on all unresolved and dissatisfied customer issues.
Provide a high level of customer service to all customers via a prompt response and resolution of Customers issues, serviced same day.
Other tasks as required from time to time.
