Do work that matters


As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, and hardware issues for internal colleagues.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading laptops, desktops and peripherals in campus locations as well as Branch.


  • Provide desktop support to endusers, both inperson and remotely.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and peripheral issues.
  • Maintain and manage hardware inventory.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to endusers and IT management.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
We're interested in hearing from people who possess the following:

  • 2-3 years of experience in desktop support.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.
  • Experience with desktop hardware and peripherals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
