    About the role:
Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and eager to make a significant impact in an organisation. My client is seeking a talented Performance Manager to join a dynamic team.

In this exciting new role, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead to define and optimize thier overarching paid media and growth strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in driving performance marketing initiatives with their media agency, while also exploring new channels and opportunities for growth, such as partnerships, affiliates, and influencers.


Key responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and media agency to implement their paid media strategy.
  • Identify and implement fastpaced experiments across channels, creative elements, target audiences, and messaging.
  • Manage photography and video production for paid ads in collaboration with the agency or production house.
  • Report on campaign performance against predefined targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to postcampaign reporting, offering guidance on optimizing and improving future campaigns.

To be successful in the role you will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and digital market trends.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, media buying platforms, and Shopify (a plus).
  • Experience with performance marketing channels like paid social, paid search, and PPC, and ability to collaborate with agencies to drive growth
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Excellent multitasking skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and prioritize workload.
