We are looking for a repair and maintenance member who is versatile, have a good understanding of various maintenance tasks, and be able to efficiently address day-to-day repair needs within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

General Repairs:Address and fix general maintenance issues. Respond promptly to repair requests from store management or staff.

Carpentry Tasks:Repair or install shelving, cabinets, display racks, and other wooden fixtures within the stores. Perform routine inspections of wooden structures to identify and address any issues.

Plumbing Maintenance**:Repair leaks, drips, and minor plumbing issues in restrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the store. Perform routine checks on plumbing fixtures and pipes.

Painting and Patching**:Touch up and repaint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed. Patch and repair minor damages to walls and surfaces.

Floor Maintenance:Repair or replace damaged floor tiles or floor coverings. Conduct regular inspections for tripping hazards and address them promptly.

Exterior Maintenance: Perform outdoor maintenance tasks, including cleaning gutters, clearing walkways, and maintaining the appearance of the store's exterior.

Qualifications

Prior experience in general maintenance, repair, and handyman tasks.
Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Efficient time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines.
Professional and friendly demeanor when representing the company.
Valid Australian Driver's License
