Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this role sits within the marketing department and is responsible for the implementation, optimisation and day-to-day management of in-house search and Mobile app marketing activity for clients (SEM, UAC, Apple Search ads, Branch and ASO).

Key responsibilities

Contribute and evolve paid search and Mobile App marketing strategy across 22 countries (4 Brands).
Oversee and optimize spend across Paid Search and Mobile App Channels to meet or exceed monthly KPIs
Optimisations across paid search channels through data analysis to improve the performance of all activities.
Manage and evolve an analytics capability and reporting framework for search campaigns using appropriate analytics tools.
Contribute to paid search and Mobile dashboards and identify insights to communicate and act on findings.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Outcomefocussed, with attention to detail, sound prioritisation skills and the ability to make databased decisions and recommendations, while clearly communicating such in a wellstructured fashion.
Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to generate insights and make databased decisions and recommendations from campaign data (if you are not excited about numbers and spreadsheets, this job is not for you).
Demonstrable experience with Google Ads (running campaigns with sizeable budgets), Google Analytics, (former AppAnnie), and Branch (Journeys and Ad attribution) platforms.
