Position Descriptions:


  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and management
  • Ensuring and maintaining a high standard of accuracy when completing monthly stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Manager and other personnel as specified from time to manage the ITO (Inventory Transfer Order) across Marais Group
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Manager to organise the process of incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Creating Purchase Orders and other Stock related files
  • Evaluating the stock performance and stock related insights including but not limited to sell through, long tail stock clearance and write offs
  • Control order fulfillment to ensure order accuracy and stock balance
  • Stock Rebalancing/Replenishment
  • Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports (inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments)
  • Contribute to process reviews and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' direct experience in inventory management
  • Stock management in luxury fashion experience is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask priorities
  • Able to selfmotivate and selfmanage while working in a dynamic environment
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
  • Superior skills in planning, organisation, implementation, and analysis and reporting
  • Maintaining current driver license
  • Ability to drive vehicle specified for stock transfers across Marais Group

Salary:
From $70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Weekend availability

  • Luxury retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Leadership: 2 years (required)
  • Retail management: 2 years (required)
