We are growing across our Talent & Organisational Capability Department


As a Learning & Development Advisor your top priority will be to support the learning & development team in the delivery of learning initiatives to the organisation for the Star Academy Skill Centre.

This role will design, deliver & facilitate several different types of initiatives across departments to lift capability and improve performance.

You will have the opportunity to manage relationships and consultant with educational partners to provide our internal business with best practice L&D solutions.

This is a permanent full time position available in Sydney, Gold Coast or Brisbane.

We are looking for:


  • Previous experience in training / education / learning and development in a large organisation
  • Tertiary degree in HR, Business or Hospitality or related discipline from educational institution is desirable
  • Strong capability with proven record of delivering end to end L&D services including facilitation, coaching, & audit of outcomes to measure success
  • Proficiency with systems including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • A passion for learning, development & growth of employee skills & engagement
