Based in the heart of the CBD, this is a well established, creative environment who work on large projects with well known clients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Clerk to work in our Melbourne office.

As an Accounts Clerk you will display a willingness to learn and provide support to Finance Manager, 4 days per week.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Data entry & filing
  • Staff reimbursements processing and payment
  • Payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Following up internal and supplier queries
  • Processing office related invoices
  • Liaising with internal departments and Directors via regular meetings and phonecalls

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Good attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- happy to liaise with senior level stakeholders face to face

  • Proficient with MYOB, Xero or similar software
