Start immediately- CBD based, 4 days per week
- MYOB, Xero or Quickbooks essential for success
Based in the heart of the CBD, this is a well established, creative environment who work on large projects with well known clients.
As an Accounts Clerk you will display a willingness to learn and provide support to Finance Manager, 4 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry & filing
- Staff reimbursements processing and payment
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Following up internal and supplier queries
- Processing office related invoices
- Liaising with internal departments and Directors via regular meetings and phonecalls
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Good attention to detail, and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MYOB, Xero or similar software
