What do we need from you?- The successful Safety Advisor will be involved in the continued development of our Melbourne Taxiway Zulu project.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are given autonomy to lead your team and influence outcomes to achieve best for project outcomes.
- As a Safety Advisor, you will:- Develop and implement SEQ related plans and procedures i.e. SWMS, EMPS etc.
- Conduct safety assessments and SEQ audits
- Drive and champion a culture that is focused on the pillars of safety, environment & quality
- Report incidents, nonconformances and near misses and coordinate/participate in investigations as required
- Use safety systems to meet reporting requirements (monthly reports, objectives & targets)
How you will connect to the role:
- SEQ professional with sound industry experience
- Strong understanding of AS/NZS ISO 14001, AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 480
- Sound systems development, implementation and management experience
- A strong commitment to our Living Safely culture
- Ability to travel to provide support to our metro and regional teams
- Proactive selfstarter with exceptional communication skills
- Diploma in OHS (preferred requirement)
