Description

What You Will Do:

Maintain the machine arrival information in SAP, review the date changes and expedite with factories.
Review the MRP and process the Wholegoods accessories items to support the supply of wholegoods.
Maintain the MRP parameters to ensure the desired ordering and stock levels.
Process the paperwork and customs clearance to enable speedy availability of Wholegoods.
Arrange and manage port diversions as requested.
Validate and process promptly all incoming freight and customs agent's invoices related to Wholegoods orders.
Maintain the updated forecast in SAP BI.
Perform all duties in conformance with Federal and State laws and in line with Company Policies and Procedures, whenever applicable.

Who You Are:

Computer literacy particularly intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
Good problemsolving ability and attention to details.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Well organised with an emphasis on accurate record keeping.
A team player who can work autonomously and meet deadlines.
