About You:
- At least 5 years of experience in a business development or account management role, ideally within the construction, or related industries
- Experience dealing within goverment, mining, construction or social housing space
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- A customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
