Support Analyst - Sydney
Our client is a global technology company seeking a new Support Analyst who will be responsible for managing their Customer Success Portal, including communication, troubleshooting, and product awareness.
They serve a large number of clients across the globe and have recently expanded their offerings through the acquisition of a European software solutions provider.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Moderate and resolve CST queries in queue, whilst prioritising high priority tickets
- Maintain good relationships with ticket holders and partnered call centres
- Collaborate with team members across technical and support departments
- Define and redefine queue management processes and communications to better support clients
- Work with upper management to gather and upload relevant information to the company platforms
Experience Needed
- Possesses a strong grasp of software solution design and architecture, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft technologies.
- Experienced in working with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, IIS, SSL, SharePoint, CRM,.Net, AD, XML, JSON, Web Services (Rest/SOAP), MS Suite.
- Proficient in technical skills such as HTML, XML, JAVA, Javascript, and various browser technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a natural ability to inspire and lead others, while also being a highly effective team player. Can work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong problemsolving skills, including extensive research and analysis.
