Support Analyst - Sydney

Our client is a global technology company seeking a new Support Analyst who will be responsible for managing their Customer Success Portal, including communication, troubleshooting, and product awareness.

They serve a large number of clients across the globe and have recently expanded their offerings through the acquisition of a European software solutions provider.

Duties & Responsibilities

Moderate and resolve CST queries in queue, whilst prioritising high priority tickets
Maintain good relationships with ticket holders and partnered call centres
Collaborate with team members across technical and support departments
Define and redefine queue management processes and communications to better support clients
Work with upper management to gather and upload relevant information to the company platforms

Experience Needed

Possesses a strong grasp of software solution design and architecture, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft technologies.
Experienced in working with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, IIS, SSL, SharePoint, CRM,.Net, AD, XML, JSON, Web Services (Rest/SOAP), MS Suite.
Proficient in technical skills such as HTML, XML, JAVA, Javascript, and various browser technologies.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates a natural ability to inspire and lead others, while also being a highly effective team player. Can work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Strong problemsolving skills, including extensive research and analysis.
