A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as the Workforce Planning Lead, reporting to the Executive Manager, Demand & Forecast, where you will join the Demand & Forecast Team, a key pillar within the Capacity Planning & Forecasting business unit.

A bit about your role


The Workforce Planning Lead is primarily focused on medium to long term planning of Connect and Assurance activities that drive cost models and assumptions for workforce planning and budget.

You will provide high quality operational and strategic support to the Contact Centre Leadership, Outsource partners & Delivery Partner Capacity teams through provision of accurate workforce forecasts.

You will analyse historical trends, identifying drivers and evaluating operational performance to further develop models and improve forecast accuracy.

In addition to this, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to review required recruitment and activities, challenge assumptions and recommend changes to improve utilisation of resources.

A bit about you

Advanced Microsoft Office skills:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
