We are looking for a
Finance Assistant & Office Coordinator for one of our clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records, building strong relationships internally and externally, and ensuring the efficiency of our financial processes.

    Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and database management using contemporary cloud
  • based platforms such as MYOB, Salesforce, and Airtable
  • Administering the forecast and invoicing targets, communicating trends with the relevant team members
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the team
  • Execute administrative tasks and generate reports utilizing office productivity software and internal systems
  • Support the Accountant with invoicing and debt collection activities, leveraging advanced financial software and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Comply with health and safety policies and quality management practices, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's in accounting or similar qualification
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in MYOB at an intermediate level
  • Knowledge about MS Office
  • Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams
  • Excellent communication: professional both in writing and verbal
