Furkids, located in Greenbank a rural residential suburb southwest of Brisbane. This modern all-inclusive clinic offers cutting edge diagnostics, expertise, and professional service.

Furkids is led by Dr Jo Beckett, who has 20 years' experience and extensive knowledge in orthopaedics, soft tissue, reconstruction and reproduction.

We have a high caseload of interesting patients, including Brachycephalic breeds, complex medical cases and reproduction.


The Position

  • Previous experience in a customer service/receptionist position
  • Experience in a busy vet clinic / medical clinic or call centre is a must
  • Delivering outstanding client care and customer service to all clients and their pets
  • Highly organised & be able to handle high volume, fast paced, reception environment
  • Scheduling appointments and procedures for multiple veterinarians
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Updating clients on their pet's progress
