The Role:


Reporting to the General Manager, the role is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance works and services for our stores.

This role will be responsible for maintaining an accurate plan and schedule of works from end-to-end for each job. You will be the main point of contact for stores, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in General Manager with the coordinator of all Nine West and Dune London fit-outs and refurbishments.
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and contractors, in regard to minor works.
  • Source and administer quotes and invoices.
  • Coordinate pricing for the design and construction of new store equipment.
  • Ensure all fittings and fixtures coincide with international brand requirements.
  • Administer maintenance requests and liaise with stores to ensure all requests are completed and followed up in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in retail, preferably within fashion.
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
