The full-service boutique firm has 3 offices in Sydney, Norwest, Northern Beaches and the CBD. You will have the flexibility to work from any of these three offices. The firm is forward-thinking, 100% paperless and cloud-based.

They are well established, professional and have ample career growth. Due to business growth, a new role for a Business Services Client Manager has become available. You will support the team and the Partner. The firm is paying a competitive market salary, with ample growth opportunities.


Duties within this role:


  • Be the inhouse goto person for all things accounting, and work across all entities including SMSF
  • There is a mix of reviewing work and processing, you must be happy to process at all levels.
  • Financial, tax returns, BAS, IAS, Tax Planning, structuring, Div 7A working on both international and domestic clients, the majority being SME
  • Provide tax written advice from time to time
  • The role will be split 50% of Compliance and 50% Advisory
  • Be responsible for the SMSF reviews
  • You will process and present General Purpose and Special Purpose Financial reports with some clients being subsidiaries of overseas companies
  • The firm uses Xero and Class Super, whilst some clients use MYOB and Quickbooks

Skills and personal attributes:


  • You will be happy to participate in the work from the ground up, there is also an offshore team for processing
  • Be CA qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience within the profession
  • Be driven, loyal, reliable, committed, someone who can add value and express their ideas
  • Be clientfocused, whilst being able to manage client expectations
  • SMSF experience is essential
  • The firm uses Xero and Class Super
  • CA/ CPA qualified
  • Must have excellent technical knowledge within Business Services in Australia
